Crispy, cheesy, garlicky goodness.
In a bowl, add salted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, sea salt, black pepper and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Heat the grill on full heat. Brush a frying pan or crepe pan with a little vegetable oil. Arrange one tortilla in the frying pan. Top with around 1/4 of the grated mozzarella cheese (this will melt during cooking and ensure everything sticks together nicely). Arrange the remaining flour tortilla on top and press down gently.
Spread the garlic butter over the tortilla and top with the remaining cheese. Put the pan on to the hob over a medium-high heat. Cook for around 2-3 minutes or until the bottom of the pizza bread is golden.
Slide the garlic pizza bread on to a baking tray. Place under the grill for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling. Remove the pizza bread from the oven, slide it on to a plate and garnish with a little extra black pepper and some dried oregano. Slice and serve.
