Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil, 1/2 onion, sliced, 1/2 green pepper, sliced and 1/2 carrot, sliced and stir-fry for 30-40 seconds. Add crispy chicken pieces to wok, then add 2 teaspoons chopped garlic in oil and 1 green chilli, sliced and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon Chinese salt & pepper mix and stir-fry for 30-40 seconds.
