Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 75 grams frozen blueberries
  • 20 grams porridge oats
  • 20 grams ground flaxseed
  • 8 grams hemp powder
  • 100 ml kefir yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon beetroot powder
  • Pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 small handful fresh baby spinach leaves (optional)
  • 150ml cold water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the frozen blueberries, porridge oats, flaxseed, hemp powder, kefir yogurt, turmeric, beetroot powder, cinnamon, fresh spinach leaves (if using) and water. Blend thoroughly until completely smooth.

  2. Pour the blueberry smoothie into a tall serving glass and serve immediately.
