Instructions
In a blender, add the frozen blueberries, porridge oats, flaxseed, hemp powder, kefir yogurt, turmeric, beetroot powder, cinnamon, fresh spinach leaves (if using) and water. Blend thoroughly until completely smooth.
Pour the blueberry smoothie into a tall serving glass and serve immediately.
