Instructions
To a breadmaker tin, add 400 grams 6 seed wheat flour, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon caster sugar, 20 grams salted butter, 1 teaspoon fast-action dried yeast and 280 ml water. Put the tin into the breadmaker.
Bake on medium 'white loaf' setting (typically around 4 hours). Once the breadmaker indicates the 6 seed loaf is baked, remove it from the tin and set aside on a wire rack to cool.
