Easy Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

  • 680 grams crushed tomatoes (see notes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add 680 grams crushed tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil. Mix well. Cover and set aside in the fridge until needed (remove from the fridge 1 hour before use).
  • Store pizza sauce in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
