Ingredients

  • 325 grams strong wholemeal bread flour I like Allinson's / Carr's brand
  • 75 grams strong white bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 20 grams salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon fast-action dried yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon linseeds
  • 280 ml water

Instructions

  1. To a breadmaker tin, add the wholemeal bread flour, sea salt, sugar, butter, yeast, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, linseeds and water. Put the tin into the breadmaker.

  2. Bake on 'wholemeal' 'medium' setting. The loaf should take around 4-5 hours to bake. Once the breadmaker indicates the wholemeal seeded loaf is baked, remove it from the tin. Set aside on a wire rack to cool completely.

  3. Slice and serve.
