Equipment

  • 1 Breadmaker

Ingredients

  • 300 grams strong wholemeal bread flour I like Allinson's / Carr's brand
  • 100 grams strong white bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 20 grams salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon fast-action dried yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons linseeds
  • 280 ml water

Instructions

  • To a breadmaker tin, add 300 grams strong wholemeal bread flour, 100 grams strong white bread flour, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon caster sugar, 20 grams salted butter, 1 teaspoon fast-action dried yeast, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons poppy seeds, 2 tablespoons linseeds and 280 ml water. Put the tin into the breadmaker.
  • Bake on 'wholemeal' 'medium' setting. The loaf should take around 4-5 hours to bake. Once the breadmaker indicates the wholemeal seeded loaf is baked, remove it from the tin. Set aside on a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and serve.
