Pakora Sauce

Delicious though pakora is, the dipping sauce is an equal partner in the relationship and is essential to the experience.  This simple recipe is the perfect partner to Kebab City Vegetable Pakora.

  • 4 tbsps tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp mint sauce
  • 3 tbsps milk
  • 3 tbsps water
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • Pinch cumin powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Pinch sugar
  1. In a bowl, add ketchup, mint sauce, milk, water, chilli powder, cumin powder, sea salt and sugar.  Mix thoroughly.  Set the sauce aside in the fridge for 20 minutes before use.
