How To Make Kebab Shop Style Garlic Sauce
As well as being tasty, this kebab shop style white garlic sauce is quick and easy to prepare. The ingredients are simply combined in a bowl and mixed until well combined. The consistency can be adjusted with a little milk if required.
Step 1: Blend
In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons natural yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, pinch dried parsley, pinch sea salt and dash olive oil. Mix well. Thin the sauce with 1-2 tablespoons milk as desired.
Step 2: Chill
Pour the prepared garlic sauce into a bowl, cover and set aside in the fridge 1 hour before use. Serve garlic sauce with kebabs and fries.
