When it comes to pizza night, a good selection of dips goes with pizza crusts, potato wedges, wings and more, and this 5 ingredient garlic & herb dipping sauce is deliciously simple! It takes just a minute to prepare, and is equally tasty with chicken strips, kebabs and much more!

Ingredients For Garlic & Herb Dip

This recipe uses mayonnaise as the base, combined with just a few other simple ingredients.

  • Mayonnaise: Your favourite brand of mayonnaise is the perfect base for this recipe.
  • American Mustard: Also known as ‘yellow’ mustard, French’s brand is perfect for this (not to be confused with French mustard). The mild stuff you’d put on a hot dog.
  • Garlic Powder: Also known as ‘garlic granules’, look for fine grain or powder that will dissolve easily into the dip.
  • Other Ingredients: Dried Parsley, Milk.

How To Make Garlic & Herb Dip

To make the dip, simply combine the ingredients in a bowl and then mix well. Add milk a little at a time until the dip reaches your preferred consistency. The dip can be prepared ahead of time and set aside in the fridge until required.

Step 1: Mix The Ingredients

In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, garlic powder and dried parsley. Mix well. Slowly add the milk and mix thoroughly until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.

Step 2: Chill The Dip

Cover and set aside in the fridge for 1 hour, or overnight.

Step 3: Serve The Garlic & Herb Dip

Serve with pizza, wings or wedges.

  • Make It Vegan: Use vegan mayonnaise and plant based milk.
  • Storage / Make Ahead: The dip keeps well for 2 days in the fridge, so can be made ahead of time.
